Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
For early check-in or late check-out requests, we confirm availability one day prior to your arrival or departure. It depends on whether the unit is rented the night before or after, and at what time those guests check out or in. Our housekeeping team needs a full 6 hours to complete cleaning and turnover between stays.
You’re welcome to drop off luggage anytime after 12pm and head out for lunch or to the beach while the unit is being prepared. On departure day, we store your luggage until you leave.
We arrange private transfers from both Cancun (CUN, 1 hour 45 minutes away) and Tulum (TQO, 45 minutes away).
