Transit
While we usually recommend to rent a car for more flexibility, we will give numerous contacts of trusted taxi drivers upon arrival, kindly note that taxis in Tulum can quickly become expensive, we also offer private driver options during the length of your stay.

Clem, my co-host, and her team will greet you upon arrival and serve as your expert concierge during your stay. She can arrange everything from airport transfers, tours, restaurant reservations, and groceries, to any number of high-touch services. She’s lived here for a while so knows Tulum’s hidden gems as well as its trendiest foodie spots.

Neighbourhood
This is a uniquely secluded and magical place to stay in Tulum — close to nature and history, the villa is located 7 minute drive from the closest beach placing you ideally to venture to Taboo and the Tulum ruins in less than 10 minutes away by car. From the villa, you’re within a 10-min drive to downtown Tulum, including groceries, restaurants, bars, etc.
Surrounded by an electric fence & security cameras, this residential area is very safe, there are police rounds every 20min.

The first floor offers a spacious living room with a Smart TV and Sonos sound system throughout, perfect for entertainment. Gather around the large wooden dining table or create culinary masterpieces in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring filtered drinkable Osmosis tap water. Step outside to the large garden boasting a wood BBQ, large pool, jaccuzi, and a full bathroom for added convenience. One king-sized bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, work space, and a private patio offer relaxation and productivity. Additionally, enjoy fitness amenities such as a boxing bag and weights, and parking space for up to 3 cars.
On the second floor, unwind in the cozy reading area with a comfortable couch. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, terrace, spacious en-suite bathroom with a large dressing area, sauna, and a luxurious rain shower. Two additional suites each feature two queen beds, private terraces, dressing areas, and en-suite bathrooms, providing ample space and privacy for all guests. This floor is designed for ultimate relaxation and comfort, ensuring a memorable stay in every corner of our lavish villa.
